While we were at the dinner table one day last week, we brainstormed a list of 17 things we would like to incorporate more of into our family this year.

- 30 minutes of physical activity
 
- Walk Coco
 
- Monthly family game night
 
- Try 1 new recipe/month
 
- On on one play time with Nessa
 
- Gratitude journal daily
 
- More family vacations
 
- House projects: bathroom and shutters
 
- Kids in the kitchen weekly
 
- Daily dinner conversation cards
 
- Less devices more play
