December 13, 2011

Our weekend was a busy one,
Saturday in particular.
After the Penguin Waddle, we attempted to go to a Snow day at a local Credit Union.
Oh. My. Word!
The place was packed!
We were lucky to find a little section of snow to play in and my kids were happy campers.
Uncle Alan/her Nino was up close for the fun snow antics.
So thankful he was there to help because have I mentioned there was a ton of people?
Yeah. There was.
Nessa enjoyed serving up the snow on her frisbee.
Kept her hands a little warmer.
All of them together--out of ten pictures I snapped, this was the best.
Let's you know what the others must have looked like, right?
After Little's birthday, we took his sister and cousin with us to see the Living Nativity at Granite Creek Community Church.  We walk it and get to witness Jesus' birth story first hand.  There are seven scenes that captivate you with actors in great costume and real animals that retell the story of Jesus.
This is our favorite holiday tradition ever!
There is still time--it plays this Friday and Saturday too if you are local.

Saturday was full, meaningful and the type of day I love spending with the family!
